I did some searching and found an almost identical vehicle (different color) at Long-Lewis for a lower price and no additional fees resulting in an out-the-door price almost $3k lower than the local dealer. We signed everything digitally and I went up to Bessemer to pick it up a couple days later. Nick L had everything ready to go and I signed two pieces of paper and I was on my way back to FL. ★★★★★We have owned Lincolns for over 30 years and we are very impressed with the 2025 changes in the Navigator. We were satisfied with the sales staff, but the preparation of a $100,000 vehicle was surprising. We were originally told that we could pick up the car on Wednesday, February 11th but that morning received the following text: "Hey guys, Good afternoon. This is Eric from Long Lewis Ford Lincoln. GSM and Manager Len was not happy with cleaning of Navigator just now. So, they sent it back to them." We accordingly picked the vehicle up two days later and saw that the exterior had been washed and the carpets vacuumed. Unfortunately, that’s where the detailing stopped. There was trash in the glove compartment, there was something sticky that had spilled (? a beverage) on a second row seat, the foam wrapping of the interior roof handles was not removed, and there were chalk like scrapes on the plastic sides in the cargo area. Although none of this was irreversible, it was surprising that it was left to the customer to finish detailing the vehicle, especially since it supposedly had been sent back after an unsatisfactory first run.
